Moose The Magnificent of SCVF
AKA Moose
DOB: 02/01/2005
AKC, OFA, Medium Gold
Owner: Letitia "Tish" Ebbott
Location: Burlington, WI
Moose is a medium gold-colored male that we have used a few times for stud services to our own dogs. He is a great dog with a good hunting background. Moose is the sire of our two spring 2008 litters out of Nutmeg and Eesa because Motzart was too old and Hawk was too young.
Trails End Blackjack
AKA Jack
DOB: n/a
AKC, OFA, Dark Gold
Owner: Daniel Bandyk
Location: Mineral Point, WI
Jack has sired one of Nutmeg's litters because Motzart is her father; therefore, we had to breed her to a different male. Jack has produced wonderful pups for us, just like Moose.

Both male studs are of excellent backgrounds and have proven to produce large amounts of puppies in each litter (anywhere from 9 to 12 puppies per litter!).
Of course, we prefer to use our own male for breeding purposes because then we can have both of our parents on site, but that is not always possible. In 2008 we used Moose for breeding because our males were not capable of breeding , at that time (one was too young, the other one was too old).

Our stud requirements include: AKC registration papers, OFA (hips checked), good temperament, and great personalities. We also like the "blocky", bigger look because our females are smaller (50-60 pounds) and this gives us a variety of puppies.
