AKA Pied Piper of Shady Hill
Painted Silky Gelding

Shown at the Dane County Fair in 2007.
We had only owned Yoda for about two years before he passed away at the age of ten. Thank you for introducing us to the greatness of llamas and being such a nice guy. We will miss you, Yoda.

Teddy's Golden Dream
AKA Motzart

Unfortunately, Motzart passed away just a month shy of 14 years old on July 31st, 2008. It was very sad to seem him go, but it was for the better. Molly and the other dogs miss him dearly, almost as much as the rest of us, but it was his time and we are glad that he went peacefully instead of in pain. He was our first and he will always have a place in our hearts.

Mo-Mo's Brief Biography:

Mo was our former sire. He was going on 14 years so he was officially retired. He had been our "golden boy" for 10 of those years and never was a disappointment. Mo has produced some wonderful dogs. He is the father to many family pets, hunters, a few showers, Sona (a successful Search and Rescue dog), a few WAGS dogs, and our very own Nutmeg and Elle. His lines are carried on through quite a few dogs so we aren't all that worried. We know that all the time we had left with him was borrowed and we were grateful for every minute of it.
Molly's Teeva Ridge
AKA-Molly
DOB: 01/18/1996
RIP: 12/04/08

Tragedy struck on December 4th, 2008. We found out that our beautiful Molly May had developed breast cancer and that we were too late to catch it. Because of her age, we decided that it would be too harsh to put her through chemo and other treatments. Molly has now joined Mo and is layed to rest beside him. We miss her terribly, as do her daughters, but in time, those sores should lessen. She gave us 12 wonderful years.
What more could we ask for?

Molly May was roughly 12 yrs old and had about 7 litters since 1998, we only lost one pup out of all of those litters. She was retired from breeding. Obviously, Molly had been our golden girl for many years, but all good things must come to an end. Her daughters include our very own: Nutmeg and Ellie :) Her legacy continues as she was a grandmother and probably a great grandmother, as well. Molly knew the basics plus shake, hi five, dance, jump through a hoop and time out. Molly was a very smart dog and it is sad to see her go, but we know she is in a better place.

Previous Litters:
Too many to mention them all:)
February 24th, 2003 - Molly + Motzart = 3 girls 4 boys (Meg was born!)
Friday April 13th, 2007 Molly + Motzart = 1 girl ( Ellie was born!)
